An old Irish Golfer tried explaining to me that golf was a lot like life. I was lucky to break 100 at the time.
Years later, I took up the game, too embarrassed to join a club, I purchased a radar and went to the oval. I was a disaster. I got hooked on the whole simulator golf buzz and started slowly building my own. I joined online tournaments and found that this fits in better with my life schedule, and I love the game.
After trying nearly everything to improve my game, I now grasp what Kevin was trying to tell me all those years ago. Instead of hiding away with scores over 100. I now constantly score around 80 with just a bit of help from above once in a while.
